Bechtel has over 20 years of experience with U.S. chemical weapons elimination programs, including the design, construction, and operation of the Aberdeen Chemical Agent Neutralization Facility, construction of the Anniston Chemical Agent Disposal Facility, and numerous Cooperative Threat Reduction projects in the former Soviet Union. URS
The EG&G Division of URS Corporation is a top-tier contractor to the U.S. federal government, serving every branch of the Department of Defense, as well as the Department of Homeland Security, NASA, and other federal agencies. The Division provides systems engineering and technical assistance to develop weapons systems, and maintains and repairs vehicles, aircraft and other military equipment to extend their service life.  A leader in global threat reduction programs, the EG&G Division also is helping to eliminate nuclear, chemical and biological weapons around the world.


Battelle Memorial Institute
Battelle develops and commercializes technology for industry and government. As one of the world’s largest private independent research and development companies, it has more than 5,000 projects for 1,300 different customers. Key areas of expertise are environmental technology, defense systems, agrifood, medical products, pharmaceuticals, and energy.


Parsons
Parsons has more than 20 years of continuous involvement in U.S. and international chemical weapons elimination, including design of six U.S. facilities, design-construction-operations of the Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility, and engineering management of the chemical agent neutralization facility in Shchuch’ye, Russia—the largest facility of its kind. Under PMACWA’s leadership, Parsons developed the patented WHEAT neutralization technology, accepted by stakeholders for destruction of the Pueblo stockpile. Parsons—a leader in engineering, construction, environmental services, and program management—provided environmental services at Pueblo from 1989 to 2001.
