The Bechtel Pueblo Team has been selected by the Department of Defense's Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives program to design, build, operate and close a plant to destroy the chemical weapons stockpile stored at the Pueblo Chemical Depot in Colorado. The U.S. Army and the local community expect the contractor for the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant to meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and corporate citizenship.
