Parsons

chemical weapons elimination, including design of six U.S. facilities,
design-construction-operations of the Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility, and engineering management of the chemical agent neutralization facility in Shchuch’ye, Russia—the largest facility of its kind. Under PMACWA’s leadership, Parsons developed the patented WHEAT neutralization technology, accepted by stakeholders for destruction
of the Pueblo stockpile. Parsons—a leader in engineering, construction,
environmental services, and program management—provided environmental services at
Pueblo from 1989 to 2001.
